EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a very simple yet highly powerful healing tool and is the most talked about technique of the last 20 years as it quickly and effectively produces results when nothing else will.
In addition to EFT we use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), together they create new patterns and behaviors by changing limiting beliefs.
EFT is a non invasive, easy to learn skill; it’s just tapping on acupressure points, whilst being guided by me and talking about the emotional issues that are uppermost in your mind. This skill, once learned, can be used for the rest of your life. It is especially good for pain management, so your body can heal without the need for chemical pain relief, and most other things as well.
It is becoming recognised that emotional health is just as important, if not more so, than physical health. We know that we are just one whole organism and the mind, the body and soul are all one
EFT is gaining recognition with the medical profession worldwide, including the NHS. Dr Eric Robins MD states ‘I frequently use EFT for my patients with great results’. EFT has also been featured prominently in the National press recently.
EFT Practitioners use the body and mind to clear issues by tapping on acupressure points, it releases trauma, aids recovery from mental issues and unlocks the gate to a happy life.
Relationships come in many types; family, social and in the working environment. They sometimes go wrong, and this is where tapping and talking with an experienced coach and therapist can help you.
It often helps to talk about the stresses of relationships, but it’s better to discuss your issues with a person who is not involved. I am empathetic and understanding, using EFT and my coaching skills I can help you find the reasons why you are in distress and how you can change your relationship for the better. Then you will be in position to live your life the way you wish to.

Fears, Phobias and Addictions
We all have fears, phobias or addictions, it’s only when they are out of control or damaging your life that you know you have to take action.
The main issue for everyone is fear; fear of lack of control, flying, heights, the unknown, illness, other people. Whatever your fears or addictions are, they can be resolved; they may have been with you since childhood or been triggered by trauma during your life.
Trauma can be caused by an accident, a person or being in the wrong place at the wrong time! I help you find and understand the reasons and then gently release the emotional pain.

I get asked ‘how many sessions will I need’ and it’s not easy to say before we start work, but I recommend three. One to get to understand the issues and learn the technique, two to get to the core and sort out the problems, and three to sweep up the pieces, consolidate the learning and check that all is well !
