Terms and Conditions

Diane Holliday is the trading name of Diane Holliday, a company delivering products and services to the general public and businesses.

Trading Terms: The following outline the terms and conditions upon which Diane Holliday accepts orders for goods  and services and constitutes the agreement between parties. These terms and conditions will supersede any other agreement. By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted these terms.

Pricing: Diane Holliday reserves the right to change pricing without notice. All prices are expressed are free of Vat. The price of the items for download do not include the delivery charge, further items to be sent by mail  which attract a delivery charge at the rates applicable at the date the order is placed, the charge for which you will be notified.

Delivery: Delivery, not made by personal download,  will be made to the address specified by the buyer at the time of ordering. Typically orders are shipped within 28 days. Please note that we can only deliver products within the UK mainland (not including Northern Ireland or R.O. I). Diane Holliday is not liable for any loss or damage during the course of shipment. This includes accidents, theft, vandalism, labour difficulties, or disputes, weather extremes, other acts of nature, or other circumstances causing a delay in delivery.

Returned Goods: Diane Holliday should be notified immediately by phone on 01452 614345 followed by written documentation of any claims for shortages, incorrect items, or defects. All returns must be authorised by Diane Holliday, please contact Diane Holliday to request authorisation to return, information, or clarification of our policies. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer.

Payment Terms: Delivery of goods and services will only be undertaken once full payment has been received.

Liability: Diane Holliday is not liable for property damage, personal injury or economic loss caused by the products or services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these terms and conditions, Diane Holliday makes no representations or warranties with respect to any materials provided.

Limitation of Liability: Diane Holliday liability is limited to repair, replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. No warranties apply to products that have been misused or improperly maintained.

Indemnification: Buyer acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their use and handling of any Diane Holliday product.

Governing Law: Any order placed or contract made with Diane Holliday shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
