Sad times, exciting times!

Thursday 21st January

Yesterday was my partners brother-in-law’s funeral. Very sad for the family and I too am grieving after a very old girlfriend passed away on Sunday.

Life is fleeting but when we are young it seems like we have forever to do and see whatever we want. But of course, ‘stuff’ gets in the way. We have to earn a living, many of us get married, then the family takes all our times and strength and before you know it you are 60 and planning retirement.

If you are lucky enough to survive that long without illnesses and now COVID-19, you can count yourself more than fortunate, you are blessed.

Also yesterday was the new US president’s inauguration…. I am happy to see the Trump era end and Joe Biden take over…

but no doubt there will be trouble ahead…

but while there’s moonlight and music and love and romance,
let’s face the music and dance.

before the fiddlers have fled,
before they ask us to pay the bill,
and while we still have the chance,
let’s face the music and dance.

soon, we’ll be without the moon,
humming a different toon,
and then, there may be tear drops to shed.
so while there’s moonlight and music and love and romance,

let’s face the music and dance.
let’s face the music and dance,

Well why not…dancing makes you happy, music is the voice of God…revel in it..

Blessings, dance on into the year with hope in your heart…I could go on!!!

For any issue

You may be interested to know that, if you have ANY issue that you are not able to cope with on your own, by contacting me we be able to sort it out together…

I get asked ‘how many sessions will I need’ and it’s not easy to say before we start work, but I recommend three. One to get to understand the issues and learn the technique, two to get to the core and sort out the problems, and three, to sweep up the pieces, consolidate the learning and check that all is well!

So contact me for more information.
