Do you know that you could be the one responsible for your tiredness, stress and illnesses? Well you are responsible for everything else, so why not?

Sometimes  clients expect me to make them better, sorry but I don’t do magic but I can help and teach YOU to do magic…!  There are many areas where a small personal change will make a huge difference to the rest of your life.

First get rid of your stress,  learn EFT(Emotional Freedom Techniques) and use tapping to get yourself better and onto a positive energy level. Stress can make you ill and there is nothing on earth that anyone needs to  really worry about,  worry gets you nowhere and it is total waste of energy.  If you think that you are stressed then you will be, so remember to breathe deeply and let go of any anxiety.

We can do practical things to relive stress; for instance, make a priority list of stuff to do, then tick off the items when done. Take time to consider your life and what is important to you; greed and wanting what others have will invade and pollute all areas of your existence.  Learn contentment, gratitude and  exercise care for others around you.

Then get yourself a decent diet;  one that EXLUDES, as much as possible, chemicals, additives, hormones and other pollutants. All you have to do is eat real food; preferably home or locally grown or organic. Eat less meat if you can, or get organic if you must and can afford it. Stuff the MacDonald’s and Cola or they will stuff you.

By taking care of your body you will start to feel better, physically and mentally.  Whatever is causing your dis-ease and dis-contentment will retreat and you will start to heal. So diss the dis’s in your life and live with ease and contentment.

Your life is how you think it will be, so be careful what you think about!
