There are times when we feel stuck, the old routine, the places we go to and even the food we eat can get monotonous.
Going with the flow is the ideal way to live, but that sometimes increases the tedium, the flow may not be suitable anymore, and the set patterns need to change for the better.
Here are some ideas that will help you to get out of ’stuck’ and move with new energy and a fresh idea of flow.
What is past is over, and what is in the future still has to arrive, so living now, at this moment is important and finding a new passion drives us onward.
Being grateful for what we have is a start, but more important is ‘What can I learn today’.
It is when we are doing something that creates enthusiasm and we feel alive, but when the passion is spent, we become sluggish and tired.
To find our flow, we need to do something new and discover a fresh passion and we will thrive.
If this is not easy remember that whatever we do will have consequences and attract Karma. To do the best we can with whatever we have, and to create the best life with minimal resources are all good tests of our enthusiasm for life.
For some of us knowing there is a universal energy or God who is taking all our thoughts and deeds into account, helps us to do only beneficial things; to pick up the litter, to care for a neighbour, and to help a wounded animal, but to see that joy is possible and there are many things we can do increase the good we do and minimise the bad.
The ‘energy’ is pushing us to be better people, it always has and always will, we are guided to be of service, to have happiness and joy in our lives and then to have the ability to spread it to all.
“It is okay to be at a place of struggle. Struggle is just another word for growth. Even the most evolved beings find themselves in a place of struggle now and then. In fact, struggle is a sure sign to them that they are expanding; it is their indication of real and important progress. The only one who doesn’t struggle is the one who doesn’t grow. So if you are struggling right now, see it as a terrific sign — celebrate your struggle.”
– Neale Donald Walsch
